Miguel Gonçalves started his activity at Diaverum in February 2022 as Operations Director.
In his professional career, Miguel was Director of Operations at Efacec Energia and has a long history in the area of International Operations and Projects.
Miguel has 2 children, is a marathon runner and passionate about outdoor sports with his family. Fan and follower of Kaizen and ToC methodologies, he believes in empowered people who perform agile, light and waste-free processes, generating value for the Company and Professionals and other Partners.
He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from FEUP (1998), having worked in the industrial and technological area where he had the opportunity to work in metrology laboratories, production management, technical management, planning, maintenance and industrial engineering.
In 2018 he completed an Executive MBA at Porto Business School, having performed management and leadership roles in the operational area, intervening in planning, production, industrial management, maintenance and after-sales service of energy equipment.
