Diaverum Portugal was present at the d.Holiday 2024 Conference represented by Holiday Dialysis Coordinator Marta Olim.
In this initiative that took place this year in Athens, the coordinator of Holiday Dialysis Program at Diaverum Portugal, had the opportunity to present the 'Let's Travel Together' Programme, an initiative that brings together each year for a week and in a different destination, a group of people with kidney disease and their families.
