After the success of the first year, Let's Travel Together program had a new edition in 2024!
From 12th to 19th of May, Let's Travel Together, a collaboration between Diaverum Portugal and APIR, took a group of patients and their families on a 7-day itinerary through the central region of the country: Coimbra, Aveiro , Luso, Buçaco, Figueira da Foz and Águeda, the city where the treatments were carried out.
These were unforgettable days that reinforce the importance of d.HOLIDAY program as an essential part of True Care.
