On 15th and 16th of October we had the privilege of receiving a visit from the Danish Kidney Patients' Association - Nyreforeningen, which was attended by the management representative and travel coordinator Jette Thaarup, who visited our clinics in Estoril and Saldanha.
This visit allowed us to share experiences about dialysis on vacation and show the potential of our country as well as its singularities, namely our clinical excellence, our model of coordinated care and our permanent support for those who visit us.
These initiatives highlight the importance of holiday programs such as dholiday in making a relevant contribution to a fuller life for people on dialysis and their caregivers.
